Our beauty client is looking for a Producer/Brand Agent to join their southern California team! Must go to the studio, in Santa Monica, 3 days a week for photoshoots to help with the models, etc. 2 days WFH, mainly emails/calendaring, invoices, and working with their 3rd party vendors. This person will be working directly with the CEO,high profile artists & beauty technicians.
Job Description:
• Support Creative Director and Photographer to produce short-form video content for beauty app
• Oversee production timelines, manage budgets, and liaise with artists to execute multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactively identify and engage new artists as upcoming talent on the app
• Book and negotiate rates for models and agents for shoots
• Secure, negotiate, and execute paid sponsorships and foster relationships with brands
• Manage expectations between creative team, brand clients, and featured artists to ensure projects meet creative and business objectives
• Oversee content approvals for social media calendar
• Write scripts for artist introductions and support the creative direction of looks prior to shoots
• Provide input on video editing, still image and thumbnail selections, and UX design
• Draft and disseminate production call sheets
• Manage office calendar, send and follow up on invoices
• Assist on set with logistic and production needs
• Office administrative duties
