Role Overview
Our company is a leading supplier of home textiles in the U.S. with a broad customer base in brick and mortar and e-commerce. Our corporate office is in Great Neck, NY with a satellite office in New York City. We maintain a hybrid in-person and remote work environment.

We are seeking a dynamic team player to drive the E-commerce business by managing product content creation and maintenance (imagery/copy/video, etc.), item setup (syndication and template setups), and consumer generated content. This position manages projects cross-functionally with internal teams to create, maintain, and amplify product content to maximize click-thru and conversion. Assisted by Assistant Manager, E-Commerce. This position reports to the VP, E-Commerce & Brand Marketing.


  • Create and manage product content of 3,000+ SKU catalog utilizing Salsify, our PXM platform
  • Execute strategies to educate consumers, drive click-thru, and maximize conversion
  • New launch item setups (syndication and/or template based) for all retailer partners
  • Audit retailer partner websites to ensure product copy, imagery, and all other relevant information is displaying properly on retail partner websites
  • Garner CGC (consumer-generated content) via partnership with Bazaarvoice and other sampling initiatives
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making
  • Manage product content and digital assets
  • Spearhead creation of product content (copy, digital assets, specs, etc.)
  • Initiate maintenance of existing content
  • Manage retail partner item setup
  • Upload and maintain items in GXS and Intertrade catalogs
  • Setup items in retail PLM systems
  • Manage consumer generated content
  • Propose CGC strategy for each launch
  • Read and respond directly to customer reviews
  • Delegate tasks and projects to Assistant Manager, E-Commerce and conduct training as needed
  • Initiate projects with managers and colleagues with flexibility and responsiveness, in person and via digital communications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years of experience in E-commerce, minimum of 3 years’ experience B2B2C digital merchandising (retailer side or wholesaler side)
  • In-depth knowledge of major retailer or e-tailer PIM systems and vendor portals (Amazon Vendor Central, Wayfair Partner Home, Walmart Supplier Center, Target POL, Kohls K-Link, etc.)
  • Experience with E-commerce content management system(s) (Salsify, Syndigo, Webcollage, etc.)
  • Project management experience
  • Consumer generated content management experience a plus (Bazaarvoice, Power Reviews)
  • Home decor category experience a plus
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and execute autonomously with attention to detail and good follow-through skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written / verbal)
  • Tech savvy, strong experience in MS Excel
  • Ability to work with efficiency and focus in a friendly, fast-paced environment
