Our client, an iconic fashion brand, is seeking a contract Product Development Assistant to join their Los Angeles team. The Product Development Assistant will be a liaison to two Product Development Managers. Assisting with product development, and organizing patterns and samples. A highly organized individual with great attention to detail will be the ideal candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Line sheets
- Ship and track Retailer Style Outs.
- Ship and track Sales samples
- Create swatch rings for Sales
- Filing Patterns.
- Preparing and Checking in Packages.
- Checking In & tagging fabrics.
- Maintaining the Fabric Library.
- Prepare cut sheets for samples
- Production pattern placements
- Organizing fabric bins and shelves
- General assistance with Product Development.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Advance knowledge of Illustrator, photoshop and Excel.
- Clear & direct communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Highly motivated.
- Able to multi-task.
