This product development coordinator will be responsible for illustrating new products and improving existing products within our assortment. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, has excellent communication and organizational skills, and a strong interest in the furniture/design industry.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

o Maintain product information in our systems (Galaxy, Google Drive, Server)

o Track photo samples and communicate updates to cross functional partners

o Work with Warehouse team to organize and set-up samples for reviews

o Act as a conduit of information and changes, materials and samples to all cross functional teams

o Presentation Boards – Product Coordinator will assist in preparing presentation boards for meetings to illustrate concepts and products in development

o Generate notes and/or recaps within 24-48 hours for product development meetings

o Call out issues on the web through JIRA o Keep sample presentation areas and swatch bay clean and organized

o Archive design drawing throughout the development process

o Work with web merchants/photo producers to organize sample photography and assortment changes for a successful launch

 

PD REQUIREMENTS

o Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ work experience preferred

o Computer literacy including proficiency with Adobe Creative applications (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator & Acrobat)

o Strong listening, written, and verbal communication skills

o Strong organizational skills and thoroughness

o High degree of flexibility and initiative

o The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast-paced dynamic environment and is energized by constant change
