Job description

Our healthcare client in Vancouver is growing and looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager to their team. This opportunity can be considered a direct hire or contract to hire depending on preference. This role will start out remote but transition to onsite in Vancouver when its consider safe to return to the office.


  • Define product solutions to solve customer problems and generate revenue
  • Work to deliver new capabilities across the lifecycle of the product, from initial release and onboarding through day-to-day improvements
  • Have end-to-end experience responsibility, including making decisions on product functionality and marketing
  • Perform external discovery through identifying marketplace innovation, testing directly with end users and internal discovery through collaborating with business partners to identify needs
  • Incorporate competitive and user research and work with development teams to test and design thinking --as the voice of the customer
  • Prepare product release documentation for business stakeholders
  • Manage product budgets
  • Consistently maintain best practices for product marketing


  • BS in Business or Marketing
  • At least 5-7 years product marketing experience, ideally focused in healthcare
  • Experience in new-product introduction and scaling nationwide
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to determine trends and propose solutions
  • Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, across a wide range of technical and creative skill sets
