Our client, a Contemporary Womens brand, is looking for a Production Assistant/Retail Fulfilment Coordinator to join their growing team!This is a great opportunity if you are looking to learn the business and grow within your role!
Location-Brentwood 100% onsite 5 days a week

What You Will Do:
1. Work closely with COO to assist in day-to-day operations of production
2. Oversee raw material & trim purchasing (generating and submitting Purchase orders) and lead times
3. Maintaining production trackers and delivery window for retailers
4. Submitting and tracking TOP sample requests
5. Assist in communication with production house, two-way communication transparency for internal team and external production; scheduling & attending weekly in person production recaps
6. Maintain and update WIP for production and TOPs
7. Support inventory tracking of raw materials with spreadsheets
8. General admin tasks for production and data entry
Retail Fulfiment Coordinator:
What You Will Do:
1. Manage product catalogue on Intertrade, update with new styles as requested by retailer POs
2. Be the point of contact for retail fulfiment needs; work with vendor compliance teams
3. Order and manage retailer specific trims in advance based on Pos (hanger, stickers, tickets)
4. Coordinate the pickup of inbound production, cross reference POs and delivery sheets
5. Manage retailer delivery windows; communicate with both internal and external production team on retailer requirements
6. Fulfill retailer orders according to respective vendor compliance guides
