Our client, a Real Estate company focused on the retail industry, is looking to bring on a Production Designer/Illustrator, on a freelance basis, to assist them with a mapping project for 60 properties. This role is completely remote; set to start on10/25 and go through 11/12 (40 hours a week), with the week following allowing time for revisions.
Overview:
Company did brand refresh, and are now rolling out various types of collateral - The team will be taking an existing comp aerials, and updating them using new brand imagery.
Responsibilities:
- Using provided templates, create updated Comp Aerials for 60 properties; using Adobe Creative Suite and Maptive (a top mapping website/program), this person will go into the software, generate the map from there - import into illustrator and add in all competitive pieces (adding all the logos and new pieces into the maps)
- The maps will be bare bones so this person will be comparing to google maps and putting in the right pinpoints (for example: 10 competitor properties are within a 3 mile radius - they will have to compare to google maps and make sure they’re putting the right pinpoints in the right place)
- *Templates already built - person will be responsible for updating look and feel within the maps - plugging and placing into new map!
Requirements:
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite - Particularly Illustrator and Indesign
- Knowledge/experience in mapping and design for real estate industry, nice to have!
- Prior knowledge of Maptive would be super nice to have; not mandatory!
