Our client, a children's and men's contemporary brand, is looking for a Production Technical Designer to join their team!
Responsibilities:
- Create production tech packs in Adobe Illustrator
- Provide feedback on production samples
- Collaborate with the design, merchandise, and production teams to ensure that production is in line with standards of buyer’s expectations
- Communicate with all overseas vendors to provide comments on a regular basis
- Adhere to the production calendar and T&A deadlines
Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in Adobe Illustrator
- 4+ years in production and design
- Proficient in Microsoft office - especially Excel and Outlook
- Knowledge of garment construction
- Knowledge of garment grading and specs
- Able to identify fit issues and find solutions
- Pre-production experience is a plus
