Our Agency  client in Chicago is seeking a Programmatic Sr. Manager effectively supervise a team and set of clients with a focus on accuracy, growth, and innovation on a FULLTIME basis. 

The Programmatic Sr. Manager WILL:

o    Help lead agency new business proposals and pitches for the channel; and deliver insightful and persuasive presentations to clients and prospects
o    Lead and manage the RFP process for any programmatic-related opportunities
Educate, ideate and support team training teams in the development of programmatic strategies, best practices, and idea generation
o     Partner w/ the Director, Partnerships to cultivate strong relationships with programmatic partners, including but not limited to DSPs, Ad Servers, Measurement Tools, Inventory partners Audience/Contextual Targeting Partners, DCO providers, DMPs
o    Lead the development and implementation of best practices in programmatic marketing for clients across Rise Interactive
o    Maintain and communicate ongoing updates to programmatic marketing to broader teams
o    Oversee company-wide initiatives related to advancements in the programmatic space (ex. POV and strategic recommendations for navigating the cookieless world)

•    Format: The Programmatic Manager MUST HAVE/BE:
o    4+ years programmatic experience
o    Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting media strategy directly to internal and external stakeholders
o    Experience creating clear and concise media proposals (media plans, media strategies, powerpoint presentations) that showcase thought leadership and creative thinking
o    Detail Oriented: ability to execute digital media campaigns flawlessly while providing robust insights and analysis
o    Developed multiple processes that impacted the profitability/efficiency of an account/team
o    Establishes themselves as trusted resource by developing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
o    Understands technical nuances associated with various media buying platforms in order to improve client results
o    Possesses leadership skills necessary to independently manage potential issues and manage up concerns
o    Platform Expertise: Google DV360, Google CM360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, etc.
o    Google Documents/Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiency
