Essential Duties & Responsibilities as Programmatic Media Manager
- Become one of the agency’s experts on programmatic media activation
- Spearhead innovation across programmatic media channels to drive campaign performance
- Actively advise clients and fellow team members
- Contribute to building and managing the agency’s media tech stack, determining the right platforms and partners for our clients’ businesses and delivering better performing work across programmatic media
- Develop and execute the activation of paid programmatic media campaigns
- Be responsible for recommending channel spend as part of overall program objectives to meet campaign KPIs
- Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, competition and latest industry news and trends
- Effectively lead client conversations and relevant measurement reporting meetings when senior programmatic team members are not present
- Work with the Analytics & Performance Group Director to develop analytic reports and dashboards that monitor campaign outcomes and performance
- Manage campaign progress and measurement process for assigned accounts across multiple campaigns
- Analyze performance trends and work with the team to recommend optimization strategies and approaches
- Communicate campaign progress to other team members, executives and clients through active participation in the preparation and distribution of client performance reports and presentations
- Collaborate with the team members on new opportunities to drive results through audience and program analysis
- Support ongoing cross-company Lunch & Learns for the Connections team, client business directors and project managers
- Participate in the creation of proposals for new and existing clients, and support new business efforts as needed
- Support client business directors with report explanations and campaign performance updates

- Communicate clearly with team members, clients, vendors and partners regarding project objectives and deliverables

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience leading and managing high-performance media campaigns, with an in-depth focus on programmatic campaign activation across platforms and channels
- Bachelor’s degree
- Expert-level understanding of programmatic platform capabilities, including DV360 and Amazon DSP
- Strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for details
- Ability to balance multiple projects/clients while prioritizing work with evolving and competing timelines, budgets and availabilities
