Our client is an iconic retailer offering a wide-array of products spanning from home, entertainment, and clothing. They are looking to add an Project Coordinator to their team on contract over the next 6 months that is likely to extend and possibly become full time.
-The Project Coordinator will organize activities and resources for the Store Attributes project under the guidance of the Project Manager.
- Primary responsibility will be to collaborate with counterparts to ensure timely, high-quality performance of project requirements and actively seek clarifications to deliver the best possible final product.
In addition, they will lead planning calls, prepare meeting recaps, track status of request deadlines, communicate roadblocks, and provide insight particularly regarding participant perceptions and reactions.
PROJECT COORDINATOR JOB DESCRIPTION WHAT YOU BRING:
?Completion of Project Management courses/certification or at least 2 years experience in either Administrative Support, Business Analysis, Operations Coordinator or Research Assistant roles
?System design thinking and workshop facilitation a plus!
?Experience working with Excel spreadsheets and Project Management software
?Approachable with strong ability to connect with employees at all levels
?Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to assess situations and make judgments based on practice or previous experience
?Demonstrated ability to work in a high-performance work environment and team-oriented culture, handling multiple issues and/or tasks simultaneously and executing to completion
?Demonstrated internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to find solutions and drive business outcomes
