Job description

He/she will act as the primary point of contact and support for all assigned paid media creative projects and will coordinate with all members of the Creative, Copy and Marketing teams to ensure key delivery dates are on track to be met.

Paid media includes the following channels:

• Brand Media (i.e. digital banners)

• Branded content partnerships

• Performance Media

• Billboard

• Lease Required Ads


• Create and maintain timelines – including kick-off schedules, key milestones and review dates - for all projects briefed by Media team

• Partner closely with reporting Manager, who oversees Paid & Organic Social, to understand creative assets and project details to ensure alignment between channels

• Ensure project briefs are fully complete and requested deliverables are clear before commencement of work

• Work to ensure delivery times and specs for all projects are met, in addition to recognizing potential issues before they occur

• Participate in status meeting, send meeting recaps, and inform team of any changes • Manage stakeholder approvals and routing of creative and feedback

• Ownership of Paid Media creative review meeting with CMO from calendar tap to agenda to recap

• Serve as key communicator to external agencies, managing timelines and deadlines and routing deliverables for feedback

• Help organize and gather assets for projects as needed

• Maintain systems for project workflow, communications, and department process needs

• Traffic all paid media assets to external vendors, as needed

• 2-4 years of project management or related experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of social and digital landscape

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Advertising

• Agency experience a plus


• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Workfront, AirTable)
