Our client, a gaming company in Los Angeles is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team!
REMOTE
1 year contract assignment, potential to extend or convert full-time
After the year contract, they are planning to go back to the office in Santa Monica on a hybrid schedule (something to keep in mind)
You will serve as the air traffic controller for emergent work, you'll prioritize product increments across multiple complex problem domains. Your work will contribute to growing and shaping the biggest esport in the world, which will ultimately provide a positive impact. You are responsible for tracking and managing projects. You will coordinate internal and external resources and position them to work together to create the new sport players want and deserve
- Create a healthy team ecosystem by facilitating and iterating on team process such as retros and planning
- You will be responsible for the designing a roadmap and driving its execution
- Responsible for designing and championing our work systems
- Communicate, negotiate and defend team objectives and priorities with stakeholders
- Anticipate and mitigate blockers to delivery and surface risks to our calendar to the product lead
- Accountable for dependency management and delivery risks management
- Expert level Agile craftsman, deeply understand Agile principles and practices
- You are responsible for tracking and managing projects
