Project Manager Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will keep teams on track by implementing time management and organizational structures. In this role, you will determine the tools and requirements needed to meet deliverables, set timelines and motivate team members toward common goals.

 

Project Manager Responsibilities:

· Partner with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Operations to set deliverable timelines and department goals

· Determine project schedules, organize files, monitor progress, set regular status meetings and adhere to project budget

· Oversee end-to-end workflow and ensure quality output of teams

· Coordinate and communicate available resources to complete pending tasks and projects

· Work to establish and maintain project efficiency and optimization

 

Project Manager Qualifications:

- Have at least 8 years of experience working in project management in consulting, marketing, communications, advertising, technology or similar

- Have previous experience at a creative agency in a client-facing role working with various methodologies, frameworks, organization structures, disciplines, and documentation

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office and be comfortable working in Microsoft Teams

- Proficiency in Workfront is preferred but experience with a similar project management platform (Basecamp, Asana, Monday.com) is mandatory

- Have a solid understanding of life cycle models as well as foundational knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles

- Have experience taking ownership of asset production, prioritization, and roadmap activity

- Have the proven ability to understand the impact of project changes, and, to articulate high level project management solutions to address business problems

- Be able to manage budgets, burn reports, and forecasts

- Have print project management experience
