Client Overview:Our client is an award-winning, fast-growing premium body care brand based in New York city with a selective distribution, including Sephora (US, Canada, Europe), Harrods, Selfridges, Douglas, and their own e-commerce channel.
Project Manager Overview:
Reporting to the Marketing and Creative leads, this role will manage the development, production, and electronic workflow of campaigns and any promotional materials ensuring on-time delivery of them.
This role is Hybrid, in NYC. Must be able to work in-office 3 days per week.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage the timeline of multiple projects from Briefing to final material deliverables.
- Work closely with the Marketing and Creative team, to ensure work stays on track while allowing enough lead time for creative development and prioritizing
- Develop an electronic workflow process to guarantee that all work is visible for all parts involved.
- Manage the artwork route, ensuring that all stakeholders have approved artwork and its ok to release to vendor.
- Identify and resolve all timeline issues and negotiate with appropriate departments to develop tactical plans for project completion.
- Prepare and provide status reports on a weekly basis for all pending and in-process projects, and review them with the department managers.
- Communicate and prioritize upcoming projects for the Creative team to allow for optimal efficiency of resources
- Ability to move comfortably to different priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and defining clear next steps in ambiguity

Project Manager Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management a must
- Experience in beauty / fashion ideal
- Experience with project management tools. (IE: Basecamp, Asana, Monday) as well as Microsoft Excel and Dropbox.
- Agency experience ideal
