What you’ll do:
-Deliver work that is excellent, on time, on budget, answers the brief and goes beyond the brief when the opportunity is right.
-Oversee the development and tracking of multi-disciplinary project plans and project deliverables.
-Build and structure project teams to ensure the best results.
-Motivate, direct and challenge teams to produce great work.
-Establish and maintain processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle.
-Establish and maintain all project communications.
-Create project estimations, resourcing, and budget reports, own forecast trackers for all deliverables.

What you need:
-3+ years experience working on interactive or digital projects, either client or agency side
-Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a cross-functional team
-Adept at managing risks and setting clear expectations
-Flexible, adaptable and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
-Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills
-Up-to-date on current trends and effective social media techniques
-Experience managing direct reports is a plus
