Job Description:
- Manage the life cycle of product development, production, and launch–– spearhead decision-making, create timelines, and keep tabs on various departments to make sure everyone is on the same page.
- Gather and communicate updates on ongoing project timelines, product info/ specifications, risks, shipments to warehouse, etc.
- Maintain calendar to schedule launches, promotions, and holiday content, working with various teams to ensure timeliness and efficiency.
- Coordinate sample development, revision, and final product shipment with lab and warehouse team.
- Oversee work of Operations Coordinator and Marketing + Copy Coordinator to ensure synchronicity between all departments.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience leading a team, preferably in the beauty or eCommerce space
- 2+ years experience with project management and/or product development, ideally in the beauty space
- Strong multi-tasker able to prioritize ongoing projects while staying attentive to detail
- Excellent communicator/relationship builder, both internally within the team and externally with outside parties
- Experience with project management software preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
