Role Summary
The Project Manager, Services Marketing, is responsible for keeping creative marketing campaigns and projects on track at both a high level and in detail. This person is a partner to the Brand Integration Manager and jointly this pair ensures cross-functional communication and alignment across Services Marketing. This role is responsible for organization of timelines, schedules, trackers, meeting cadences, and maintaining all documentation related to a given program. He or she is key to the operational success of the larger Creative organization. This person is a collaborative team member with a friendly work style, has an interest in solving problems, enjoys a face-paced environment, and has a penchant for exceptional follow through. The role requires an individual who is well-organized, able to effectively multi-task & prioritize and take initiative.
Key Qualifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years as a project manager, program manager or operations management
• Excellent communicator and able to work with all levels of management
• Ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing
• Experience in project management and resource management tools such as JIRA, Asana, WorkFront, OmniPlan, Wrike, 10,000 Ft or similar platforms
• Extremely organized, excellent task-tracking experience, and acute attention to detail
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time sensitive environment
• Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident decisions quickly and under pressure
• Has a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices
• Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Exceptional worth ethic, discreet and trustworthy
• Must be confident to make complicated decisions on their own when needed and able to explain their reasoning
• Able to anticipate change and react efficiently & expeditiously
• Overall ability to understand and retain new information quickly
• Experience in Numbers, Pages, iCal, Keynote and Excel
Responsibilities:
• Meeting coordination and ensuring all necessary parties are invited
• maintenance and distribution of weekly project status meetings and "hot sheets” of priority projects
• Partner cross-functionally to identify workflow issues and integrate procedural improvements.
• Produce, maintain and distribute project tracking tools to include road maps, project scope, creative review trackers and production schedules.
• Understanding of key players to make strategic decisions about who needs to know what (inclusion with discretion)
• Taking meeting notes in all meetings and distilling for clarity and attendance
• Archiving important meeting notes and documents
• Partnering with Resource and Brand Management to ensure alignment
• Owning, maintaining and updating master timelines and trackers
• Collaborating with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol
• Lead and manage weekly reports
