Project Manager Overview:

As the Project Manager, you will keep teams on track by implementing time management and organizational structures. In this role, you will determine the tools and requirements needed to meet deliverables, set timelines and motivate team members toward common goals.


Project Manager Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
•    Creates and sends meeting agendas
•    Takes and collects notes during all project-related meetings/calls
•    Creates new projects in Workfront, develops and routes schedules for team approval
•    Schedules internal creative kickoff meetings
•    Runs Client-facing meetings/calls with Account Manager/Supervisor/Director
•    In certain cases, the Project Manager works with Planning and the Director of Client Services to develop program SOWs


Role: Managing of project details internally with the teams 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Works with Resource Manager/Creative Director/Content Director for project resources and assignments
•    Runs project kick-off meetings
•    Collects and organizes all project documentation in Workfront
•    Ensures estimated time is in Workfront
•    Tracks time recorded against a project to ensure project stays on budget
•    Attends/runs daily internal project status meetings
•    Fields all copy and layout to Client through email after initial concept presentation by the Account Manager
•    Works with multiple individuals and cross functional teams
•    Manages deliverables from internal resources, partner agencies, and outsourced resources


Role: Oversight of project details and documentation

Key Responsibilities:
•    Collects creative feedback and approvals from both the Client and internally
•    Maintains all Workfront directed updates, milestones, and scheduled deliverables
•    Maintains all Workfront documents and storing of all project paperwork (Client input, feedback, approvals)
•    Closes project when complete
•    Works with Account Manager on project review and profitability
•    Acts as a reviewer for multiple project deliverables and is responsible for final QC routing of all finished materials prior to release


Project Manager Qualifications:


  • 3+ years experience managing marketing, design, and social projects in an agency environment
  • Experience producing fast-paced, short-turn digital and print content projects
  • Online publishing and/or media publishing experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Workfront, Excel, Power Point, Google Docs, and other project management tools
  • Experience managing marketing, creative, or technology projects
  • Experience managing project budgets over $150,000
  • Bachelor’s Degree is required
  • Relocation is not available
