WHAT YOU WILL DO:
You will lead original copy and content development for a wide range of projects- including packaging, instore/retail, video scripts, digital storytelling, social media, advertising.
-Must be digital first- Develop and elevate Brand’s storytelling across digital and ecommerce campaigns.
-Create branded content for emails, homepages, and landing pages, social media
-Ensure that the brand character, image and voice are represented consistently across all projects, retail channels and media platforms with copy that evokes the brand message in a clear, concise and impactful tone.
-Propose new ideas, drive editorial concepts, and offer creative solutions that both meet business objectives and reinforce the brand voice Partner with Product Development,
-Legal/Regulatory and Creative teams when needed.
-Work closely and effectively in a dynamic and highly collaborative team environment, ensuring timely development and seamless implementation of all elements for all initiatives.
-Meet project timelines through good time management and workflow prioritization.
-Demonstrate a team player attitude and be able to respond constructively to direction and feedback (both positive and negative).
-Communicate with management proactively about workload, project status and issues as they arise.
-Must be detail-oriented and work well under tight deadlines in an organized manner, handling multiple tasks and working with all types of personalities.
-Collaborate with social and digital teams on developing cross-channel content and partner with art directors to realize brand stories
-Own special projects and digital activations for major launches
-Handle on-off requests for social, PR, events, visual merchandising and global marketing
-Maintain the editorial archive, perform editorial research, and contribute to large-scale projects
-4-6 years’ experience copywriting for beauty brand; experience with luxury and/or fashion nice to have.
-Highly versatile portfolio across all digital projects including email copy, ecommerce copy, blog content strategy, product copy and social media.
-Own and Ideate all Email Campaign Strategy and execution Including New product launches + existing products with VP Marketing and Director of Digital Marketing.
-Concept and create copy to support strong, diversified advertising strategies.
-Channel brand voice into revamped product pages.
-Help strategize and deploy content marketing through blog channel.
- Partner with creative and social team to ideate, build, and execute social media content across multiple platforms. Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
-Champion brand communications in regards to social responsibility initiatives.
-EDU Partner with EDU Director to craft compelling education initiatives including video scripts, infographics, etc.
