Job description

24Seven are looking for a front of house and administrative assistant for one of our luxury fashion clients!

Our client is looking for someone to manage the reception switchboard and act as the first point of contact for all inquiries both externally and internally.

This role would include organizing mail and deliveries, booking meeting rooms, organizing couriers and general inventory management.

The administrative side of this role includes the processing and administration of office budgets and managing invoices.
Completing the office daily, weekly and monthly checks to ensure the high standard of the office is maintained

Supporting with team members with on-boarding and off-boarding and responding to adhoc queries from staff members in a timely manner.
Also supporting the Operations Director and the Operations Coordinator.

Successful candidates must:
  • Be available for a full time permanent position
  • Have experience in front of house and admin
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be eager and enthusiastic
  • A keen interest in the fashion industry is advantageous
