Responsibilities:
. Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle including posting job advertisements, searching the Internet and relevant databases, networking and qualifying candidates.
. Screen, interview and register prospective professional candidates.
. Submit and review candidates with the sales staff and the customer.
. Assist in negotiating salaries and satisfying customers needs.
. Respond to multiple orders, and provide professional support to managers.
. Candidates need to demonstrate the ability to quickly and accurately recruit and present candidates and create and maintain long lasting professional relationship
Recruiter Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of proven recruiting experience
• Strong understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes
