Recruiter
Recruiter Overview:
Act as strategic partner to our managers and provide recruiting consultative services. Takes a proactive role to drive and coordinate recruitment activities within clients groups.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute full life cycle recruiting including job descriptions, posting, outbound sourcing, and intake sessions with managers, conducting interviews and negotiating terms of employment.
o Network through industry contacts, Internet, associations, trade groups and employees to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates.
o Monitor and analyze recruiting metrics to ensure alignment with business direction; use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
o Projects as assigned to develop and further improve the Talent Acquisition department i.e. Candidate Experience, Employer Branding (social media), manager toolbox for interviewing and etc.
Recruiter Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, etc. or equivalent field of study
o Must have Expert Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – please list years of experience using software
Experience (Job and Industry):
o Required: Expert proficiency in Excel and Power Point (please list years of experience)
o Required: Experience using Success Factors
o 8+ years of senior level recruiting experience preferably in a corporate environment
o Must possess comprehensive knowledge of HR policies and programs; best practices; principles and trends; as well as employment related State and Federal laws
Skills:
o Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with managers.
o Firm understanding of compensation concepts, theories and trends
o Strong oral/written communication, facilitation, listening and presentation skills at all levels
o Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively
o Ability to build trust within client groups and maintain confidentiality with sensitive data
