We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our People team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in recruitment with knowledge of screening, interviewing, and hiring practices. What you will be doing:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers
- Perform reference checks as need
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
What you need to be successful in this role:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources or a closely related field
- The ability to conduct different types of interviews, including technical interviews
- Experience with recruitment processes and databases. Greenhouse experience preferred
- The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
- Excellent communication skills
- Good decision-making skills
