As part of the Visual Excellence team, this position will support the Sr. Manager with the development and execution of digital reporting tools and will provide support for North America and Global teams with ongoing reporting needs.


Key Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Store Teams, Retail Marketing and Global to gather content, resources and provide support in the planning and creation of digital tools that provide real-time feedback on product load-ins, key product launches, new store openings and a range of in-market VM executions; scope of work includes all stores

• Support with procuring and onboarding new users

• Assist with providing users tech/site support such as troubleshooting platform access and user interface issues

• Assist with the creation of digitally-enabled systems, streamlined processes and tools to impact productivity, profitability, accountability and service within the retail landscape

• Analyze reports and utilize tools to create report recaps and dashboards on an ongoing basis

• Update Visual Merchandising online education platform seasonally in partnership with training team and Global Visual Direction

• Provide support to Visual Excellence and Retail Back Office teams in identifying and developing new, streamlined, digitally-led ways of working and creating impactful reporting tools for the purposes of hindsight, analyzing ROI and future planning

• Support the Training process for the field and be the key contact for internal support

• Support the Sr. Manager by helping manage the development process and project timelines, elevate and address issues, questions, and requests reporting

• Help translate insight gathering objectives and report questions into report/survey templates

• Host periodic checkpoint and status meetings with internal stakeholders

• Focus on improving sell-through of footwear, apparel and accessories through visual merchandising excellence and driving brand strategy


Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Strong understanding of Visual Merchandising with a keen visual eye that incorporates the brand aesthetic and merchandising strategies

• Proven passion for Visual Merchandising and hands-on experience with retail and visual reporting tools and data analytics

• Knowledge of retail landscape, training methods, visual merchandising, retail marketing and presentation

• Strong project management and planning skills; highly organized with demonstrated follow through capabilities

• Knowledge and understanding of business impact and store KPIs

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to lead discussions in diverse groups of varying size and levels within the organization

• Ability to think conceptually and strategically in diagnosing and translate sales/category data and reporting

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates an inspirational attitude and collaborative spirit that contributes to a positive team environment with the ability to achieve established objectives

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with team members



• Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Business, Education/Training or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Retail and/or Product Training experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Minimum 2+ years of visual merchandising and reporting experience, preferably in a multi-store capacity
