As the Retail Marketing Manager, you will specialize in identifying, creating and maximizing all marketing opportunities at our client’s 3rd party retailers, wholesalers, or distributors to drive sales growth and profitability. Working closely with the brand marketing, President and cross functionals, you will collaborate and communicate the 360° marketing strategy to ensure products, launches and animations align with the overarching brand strategy. An ideal candidate is an exemplary team leader, strategic yet creative, knows the market and consumers well, and has experience driving growth.


  • Collaborate and lead shopper marketing and retail marketing initiatives between sales, brand marketing, operations and finance to ensure successful launches and everyday growth
  • Identify, create and maximize all opportunities at both domestic and international key retailers to drive the business (new and existing)
  • Partner closely with education teams to develop relevant, exciting and captivating education tools for the retailer partners
  • Seek strategic ways to leverage our client's founder with key partners to continue to reinforce the brands leadership in wellness
  • Develop retail support plans and sales presentations for new item launches in the digital and retail space for all partners and retailers
  • Manage relationships with buyers and marketing teams across our partners and retailers
  • Manage and lead the launch into new markets & channels
  • Maintain knowledge and understanding of beauty/wellness industry trends
  • Create and manage promotional calendar for accounts as well as corresponding support plans and budgets
  • Maintain brand integrity by conducting ongoing audits of online retail presence such as updating sponsored products, online reviews, and PDP’s
  • Collaborating and brainstorming in a creative team environment


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience, MBA is a plus
  • 3-5+ years in retail marketing, Domestic & international
  • Experience with prestige retail in beauty/wellness
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management and planning skills
  • Knowledge of current trends in the industry/category
