Our client, a well-known apparel and accessories brand, is hiring a Retail Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience leading channel and retailer specific Go-To-Market plans to drive sales and partnerships. The ability to effectively work cross-functionally internally and externally is crucial.
This is an on-site position based in Orange County, CA with some flexibility to work from home. Only local applicants will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop partnerships and relationships with the sales team and key partners within retailer accounts
- Maintain up-to-date requirements on retailer requirements and capabilities as they relate to selling our products in stores
- Develop and execute in-store executions, promotions and launches
- Manage Go To Market launches for new products and seasonal updates
- Manage all aspects of retailer projects from initial concept through to roll out and post - recaps
- Analyze and adapt as needed with merchandising strategies
- Ensure products are properly merchandised in store in order to drive sales and brand loyalty
- Manage updates to in-store collateral
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years Retail Marketing or Channel Marketing experience ideally within the lifestyle industry
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with retailers
- Ability to develop and implement new ideas and strategies
- Exceptional project management and organization skills
- Ability to manage budgets and find cost effective ways to achieve results
- Passion for the lifestyle industry
