Your role 
As a Program Manager for our team, you will be responsible for the running and optimization of our retail services programs.  Reporting to the Director of Retail Services, you will:
(1) drive and monitor business results for the programs managed,
(2) help support the overall Paid Services business in helping to build and standardize new processes,
(3) support the Director and Services team in launching critical initiatives.  This position requires strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills in order to manage multiple projects with the team and with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities 
•    Drive and optimize business results while gaining insights on opportunity for improvements.  Monitor feedback loop with field leadership team and stores
•    Partner with the Manager of Retail Optimization to refine processes, complete data entry, and pull reporting
•    Monitor overall stock level and ordering of Perk serums 
•    Collaborate with the Director to manage external partner relationships to optimize skin services business in stores through building service awareness, programming, marketing, field support, and brand relationships.
•    Work cross-functionally to align on overall needs and dependencies to drive program success (i.e. education, marketing, retail operations, retail communications, retail field leadership)

Qualifications
•    Associates degree or minimum of 2 years corporate/retail experience required
•    Retail store experience preferred
•    High comfort level with Excel, Word, Publisher and Power point
•    Highly developed verbal, written and presentation skills
•     Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and willingness to take risks
•     Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and focused on meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
•    Excellent listening skills with a strong desire to understand business partner needs
•    Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization
•     Resourceful problem solver and independent thinker
•    Highly collaborative and exhibits good judgment on when to escalate concerns
•    Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize time accordingly to meet deadlines
•    Remains calm under pressure – respond positively to rapidly changing circumstances
•    Demonstrates integrity, maturity and a constructive approach to challenges and negotiating with others
