Our client, a stylish Women's, Men's, Kid's, Baby clothes & accessories brand is seeking a full-time Retail Recruiter to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing both the internal and external recruitment and hiring process for designated market/brand/function; sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, selection, job offer, background checks, and playing a role in compensation for both part-time and full-time employees.
You will also partner to provide relevant training to hiring managers on best practices and legal requirements for hiring candidates in a fair and consistent manner that follows all applicable local, state and federal laws.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE / BACKGROUND

3-5 years of Recruiting experience (Retail industry preferred)

Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office

Experience with Recruiting Databases (i.e., Taleo)

Bachelor's degree (preferred)
OTHER SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ATTRIBUTES AND PERSONAL QUALITIES

Ability to accurately assess talent through phone screening, resume review, and structured interview process

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to project a passion for the brand (on the phone or in-person)

Strong collaboration skills with an ability to appropriately challenge business partners on candidate assessment

Advanced organizational skills and timely follow up with multiple internal customers and external candidates

Ability to facilitate training to a variety of audiences on Recruiting best practices

Ability to be strategic, proactive, and prioritize the needs of an evolving business

Team focused and an ability to work and relate to people from all backgrounds
This role is a full-time direct hire.
Hybrid role - on-site in La Mirada/ Work from Home.
