REMOTE

The Retail Recruiter will drive the full life cycle recruitment process for open retail roles across the US and Canada in partnership with retail leadership team. This person will primarily focus on Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager roles, however, will also support additional roles as needed.

Essential Functions:
• Lead the strategic, full cycle talent acquisition process for retail leadership positions (primarily focused on the west coast and Canada)
• Develops an effective partnership with retail leadership teams (Store Managers, District Managers, Regional Sales Directors)
• Collaborates with management throughout recruitment and selection process, identifies and resolves any obstacles that may arise
• Positions themselves as the subject matter expert by providing best practices and advice to support the attraction and selection of diverse world class talent in stores
• Ensures that we are in compliance with the Company’s policies as well as Federal and State laws.


Qualifications
• 3 years of retail recruitment experience in a high customer touch environment
• Strong understanding of the retail industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of Talent Acquisition best practices and principles
• Experience with high volume recruitment and ability to work at a fast paced with attention to detail and efficiency (strong time management skills)
• Must be able to maintain high level of confidentiality.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels
• Comfort with ambiguity and working in the “gray”
• Demonstrates flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to change in the work environment
