This role is an integral part of the growth marketing team that will collaborate across brand, eComm, and Customer Experience to help us deliver world class customer interactions and experiences. This person will be empowered to bring innovative customer experiences to fruition and the opportunity to lead high impact retention initiatives>
Responsibilities:

Work with internal stakeholders and agency partners to own the performance, optimization, and growth of email+SMS, conversational marketing, and customer loyalty programs.

Manage customer list segmentation, first party data capture, and personalization initiatives.

Support end-to-end customer experience by identifying customer issues and leading resolutions to remove friction and improve LTV.

Support brand strategy by ensuring continuity across all customer experiences.

Manage channel related KPI tracking and own weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reporting.

Channel and customer data analysis to uncover insights and drive strategic retention and conversational marketing recommendations.

Support/lead retention analysis projects, including tracking cohort retention, subscription growth & retention, and early lifecycle indicators of high value customers.
Requirements:

4+ years email or retention marketing experience in eCommerce.

Working knowledge of ESPs (Klaviyo preferred), CRM’s, Google Analytics, and Excel.

SMS and/or loyalty program experience preferred.

Shopify and DTC subscription experience is a plus.
