Our client, a fast growing sustainable global brand that's seeking a strong Retention Marketing Specialist reporting to their Head of Email & Retention Marketing.
Responsibilities:
? Maintain the Marketing Calendar to drive channel revenue, retention rate and customer lifetime value.
? Build, deploy, maintain and optimize batch sends, and journeys within the platform from brief to finish in accordance with the Marketing Calendar.
? Conduct ongoing A/B tests of all aspects of the Email & SMS strategy and communicate the results of these tests to the team regularly.
? Maintain and review reporting & analysis of campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations.
? Assist with KPI optimization across channels inclusive of engagement with email KPIs including deliverability, open rates, click rates, conversion rates, opt-out rates
? Monitor ongoing maintenance of customer lifecycle series and analyze all campaigns.
? Assist with campaigns and strategies to engage customers who are “at risk” or are inactive
? Help develop direct mail programs based on customer lifecycle events (ie post 1st purchase, anniversary, birthday, etc)
? Work with Social Media team to grow email & sms lists through different acquisition campaigns (sweepstakes, partnerships, etc.)
? Identify and drive new marketing opportunities and ideas to further scale the business and improve efficiencies across all marketing channels.
? Support Wholesale Email program (communication, frequency, strategy, deployment, etc)
Requirements:
? 1-3 years of experience in email & sms marketing in Bluecore & Attentive or similar platform (Sailthru, ReSci, Marketo)
? Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
? Deep understanding of email & SMS marketing key metrics.
? Robust knowledge of email & SMS marketing best practices, legal implications etc.
? Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally between departments.
? Well organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively.
? Independent, self-motivated, self-starter, with a can-do attitude that is comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
? Works well under pressure and can meet tight deadlines with a strong sense of accountability.
? Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
? Must be proficient in Excel and Google Analytics
? Experience with Shopify and Qubit a plus
