Reports to: Worldwide Customer Service Manager

Status: Full-time (Salary)

Location: Remote

 

The Position

The Account Manager will assist our internal sales team, manage select accounts and support the customer service team as needed. This role will be exposed to different functional areas of the company across multiple projects to support the efficient and effective operation of the company.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Potential Areas/Projects

• Represent our company with a positive and friendly attitude

• Solicit reorders – enter orders/order maintenance/inventory management

• Accounts receivable

• Create and refresh product assortments

• Develop Power Point presentations

• Complete buyer product information sheets

• Manage in-house accounts – on-line only accounts and larger independent accounts.

• Oversee website assets and merchandising for larger on-line retailers

• Service larger grocery channels to include reorder management

• Maintain customer’s information private and secure

• Respond to customer emails

• Manage new account inquiries

• Special projects

• Perform all other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications

• 3+ years customer service or relevant experience

• Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

• Solid computer skills

• Outstanding organization and time management skills

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong follow through

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Robust problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Positive energy, forward thinker with a big picture “can do” attitude

• Team player
