Our client, a leader in the Lifestyle Consumer Goods industry, is looking for a hard-working Sales Account Specialist to join their team! The ideal candidate has 2+ years Customer Service / Account Management experience and a commitment to excellence.
This role is hybrid and requires on average 2 days onsite in Irvine, CA. Only local candidates will be considered
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Manage and process orders from start to finish for assigned accounts
- Maintain communication with accounts ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times
- Relay any delays or issues to accounts immediately
- Respond to all inquiries from accounts in a timely manor
- Process RAs, exchanges and damages
- Consistently maintain on-order and ready to ship reports
- 2+ years customer service, account management and order processing experience
- Proficiency within Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with Full Circle
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and think proactively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
