Sales Enablement Program Manager   
Details: contract to hire 
Hours: 40 hours a week   
Location: Hybrid, 1-2 days a week onsite 
Can be located near a hub; Bentonville, AR, San Bruno, CA, Dallas, TX, Hoboken, NJ
    
Responsibilities: 
• Work closely with Head of Sales Enablement to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement programs that are repeatable and can scale with the business to support the sales team. 
• Assist with determining sales enablement priorities 
• Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders 
• Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, ops, and product teams 
• Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps 
• Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team 
  
Qualifications: 
• 2+ years’ experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development 
• A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training 
• Experience with learning management systems 
• Experience with business consultation 
• Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing 
• Highly organized and skilled at project management and must be able to prioritize efforts based on the activities that will receive the greatest return for the organization 
• Measurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.
