Sales Manager 
Role Overview:
To support our ambitious growth, we are looking for passionate, commercial and ambitious individuals to help us grow our Beauty Brands, including a Sales Manager. You will lead the business development of these three exciting, prestige brand in North America. You will be in charge of growing these accounts and achieve (or exceed) sales budget for each of them. You will build and implement strong strategic business plans with each retailer and 
ensure profitability for the business. You will work closely with the Senior Sales Director and the Chief Sales Officer to align on all investments (sampling, promotion, etc.), new product launch strategy, visual merchandising and copy optimization. You will build strong relationships with key accounts, 
monitoring performances versus expected growth and report against set KPI in line with budget targets.

Sales Manager Roles and Responsibilities: 
- Identifying opportunities to grow the business in each retailer
- In-store merchandising: working on assortments to optimize sales in-store based on SKU performance, current trends and retailer campaigns.
- Dotcom merchandising: working on optimizing assets, copy, p-pages, etc.
- Analyzing needs and best practices for each retailer and being aware of competitor activity
- Adapting all initiatives to the specific needs of each retailer
- Working with partners and warehouse on special programs,such as exclusive bundles that are 
packaged in-house
- Reporting monthly exposure by partners (newsletters, sampling, special initiatives, placement 
on dotcom, etc.)
- Identifying new potential account opportunities though prospection to continue to grow the 
business with pitching presentations 
- Launching new biz accounts from masterdata setup to legal contract negotiations 
- Working close with brands teams to ensure North American brand strategy aligns with global 
expectations 
- Working with US marketing manager on brand awareness initiatives, events, and tradeshows 
to bring in new biz 
- Forecasting sales and changes in the business mix of sales weekly, monthly, annually 
- Forecasting SKU, by month, by account
- Working with Ops team on organizing orders with retailers based on their deadlines and needs
- Tracking free goods spent (samples, collateral, etc.) as well as RTV for monthly budget review
- Working with the brand team to create the relevant Americanized assets for each retailer
- Teaching and coaching sales coordinator on the team how to grow in their analytical, 
negotiation, strategic-thinking skill sets to be a strong sales team overall
