Our client, a clothing brand is seeking a highly organized individual for their Beverly Hills office to assist the Sr. Operation Coordinator. The Sales Operations Assistant is responsible for entering and revising orders efficiently and accurately into their system and assist in other Data Entry projects as needed.THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (Excel, Word)

• Ability to communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing
• High school degree or equivalent
• Retail allocation background is preferred
ABOUT THE ROLE:
• Enter, Update, and Revise Customer Orders
• Cancel and Create Claims for Customers and the Warehouse Team
• Respond to all customer inquiries such as stock check, item availability, ship tracking information, etc.
• Assist with projects that require data entry of hundreds of lines
• Assist with Research and Order Reconciliation
• Enter Sample Orders
• Other Duties as Assigned all customer inquiries such as stock check, item availability, ship tracking information, etc.
