24 Seven is partnering with their retail client to find them a Samples Coordinator to join their team this Summer/Fall for a 6-month contract. This role will be on-site and benefits will be offered to this candidate as well. Brief details are below. 

The Sample Coordinator must have a keen eye for detail and superior organizational skills, in addition to being a strong communicator. They will act as a key liaison between the Creative Team, Home Product Developers, and Vendor Teams in meeting the needs of shared home product development and category management goals.

Responsibilities
· Point person to visually approve all print and patterns for multiple fabrications and product types from multiple vendors
·  Creates and maintains a check-in / check-out procedure for samples
· Identify and implement procedures to support and improve the production and strike off process
· Weekly touch base with Home Product Developers and Creative Team to discuss strike off queue
·Communicate daily strike off revisions to Senior Art Director + Senior Color Theorist
· Digital + Physical artwork and color strike-off approvals
· Photograph samples and manage strike off files
· Support the Creative team by attending artwork presentation meetings to maintain familiarity with home product priorities and assortments
· Correspond with Product Developers on timeline constraints and vendor issues
· Correspond with Sample Coordinator on sample status and sample retrieval
· Communicate strike off revisions and issues to vendors through PLM system
·  Upload revised artwork into PLM system
· Manage final artwork linesheets and folders on the One Drive
· Responsible for final artwork printouts for all in person meetings
· Maintain digital and physical artwork library, download purchased files and process invoice files 

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Art / Textile Design or related field
· 2-3 years of relevant professional experience
· Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· PLM experience a plus
·Familiar with Pantone color matching system, willing to take a Color and Hue test
· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
· Displays excellent planning and organizational skills
· Shows a keen attention to detail and is adaptive to change and meeting the needs of multiple deadlines
· Possesses strong time-management and can effectively multi-task
· Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, engages others and acts as a resource to the Creative Team
· Maintains an enthusiastic and open demeanor and can manage conflicting needs of competing priorities
·Exhibits awareness of communication or process breakdowns and problem-solves or leverages resources to find a solution
