Senior Account Executive:
Our client is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead and grow our wholesale business. This person will be responsible for driving wholesale sales for our rapidly growing business within North America. Reports to VP of Planning, Sales and Business Development.

Senior Account Executive Roles and Responsibilities:
• Partner with Vice President of Planning for budget and forecast planning
•Execute sales budgets and strategies to drive business in new and existing markets • Collaborate with merchandising team on product and pricing strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with accounts
• Ensure optimum presentation in stores and e-com assets are available for timely go live for online.
• Obtain weekly/monthly data from accounts and analyze sell-outs. Use information to make recommendations on re-orders and future collections
• Manage order maintenance; run reports to check orders, stock availability and account information
• Work closely with logistics, order entry and planning teams to monitor monthly shipping plan, ensure a timely delivery, and meet sales targets
• Provide timely recommendations to merchandising and design for wholesale specific business drivers.
• Manage sales samples including checking in/out and managing send out calendar
• Responsible to hire, train, and manage a growing sales team
Senior Account Executive Key Qualifications:
• 10+ years established experience with background in contemporary handbags • Established department store relationships domestically
•Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Retail math knowledge and analytical skills to provide insight and effectively illustrate current business trends and historical analysis
• Ability to develop and manipulate reports to highlight business opportunity
•Project and analyze shipping trend TY/LY
•Understands EDI process
• Team player
• Follows industry trends
• Handbags + department store experience a must
• Excellent sales skills and ability to present to Sr. Management and Executive team
