Role Overview:

Our client is looking for a Senior Manager of Analytics within our e-commerce team to help drive strategy for channel, site, performance marketing, and customer analytics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead e-commerce analytics team – with a key focus in performance marketing reporting, forecast automation, customer analytics, and channel demand-based KPI’s.
  • Managing and maintaining key channel demand-based reporting in partnership with Channel Managers, business leaders, and Analysts.
  • Define reporting performance KPI’s for e-commerce channel (site and revenue) and performance marketing channel in partnership with e-commerce team.
  • Build dashboards within Looker, Google, and any other necessary tools for visualizing reporting in partnership with E-Commerce Analysts.
  • Oversee the roadmap of the Customer Data Platform including vendor selection, data validation, implementation, training, and maintenance.
  • Support Analyst with Google Tag Manager and all other performance marketing tracking – from planning to execution/implementation to QA.
  • Assist with management of external vendors and consultants who assist with site, customer, and channel analytics.
  • Enhance insights for the channel by exploring data enrichment and partnerships with appropriate vendors to help us stay on the forefront of understanding our customer journey and channel performance.
  • Collaborate with the site development team as needed to execute analytics initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years E-Commerce and Performance Marketing Analytics experience, with a focus on direct to consumer brands.
  • 2+ years of management experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics 360 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Advanced understanding and application with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
  • Advanced understanding of site, customer, and performance marketing KPI’s.
  • Experience working within Looker, Tableau -- for data visualization.
