This person will be managing the website, working with their email agency partner, heavy data analytics, analyzing conversions, making recommendations for strategy improvements

 

The Brand Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director of Brand on the execution of successful marketing campaigns and product launches that drive revenue and awareness. This role will manage projects, timelines and platforms across multiple channels (e-commerce, email, social, paid, search) to reach the objectives of the brand. The ideal candidate will bring process and experience from working with emerging brands, emerging categories and/or entrepreneurial founders.

 

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Responsible for project management and project tracking
  • Project manage development of brand marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Provide website merchandising and reporting analysis
  • Execute detailed tactical plans as defined in the omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Manage execution and reporting of all email, direct mail, social, and advertising deployments to drive digital marketplace engagement
  • Responsible for e-commerce and paid reporting/analysis
  • Work with creative team on timelines and asset deliverables needed for individual campaigns
  • Work with and support digital agency partners to execute on automated campaign journey pathing and timing based on analytics
  • Manage customer service, inventory and 3PL partner
  • Manage marketing collateral and support materials for in-house mailers, gifting, and consumer packaging efforts
  • Manage and support the creation of departmental processes to grow and scale the brand

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience with brand operations management
  • College Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Technology or IMC
  • Project management and timeline management experience
  • Ability to merchandise within Shopify +
  • Proven ability to drive buyer engagement
  • Strengths include: Channel optimization, Content writing, multivariate testing, A/B Split Testing, Segmentation, Online, Digital, SEM, Paid Search, Growth, Integrated, Omni-channel, Multi-channel, Cross-channel, Affiliate, Social & SMS/Text Email Marketing
  • Experience with creating and analyzing data dashboards and reports
  • Strong go-to-market and product development and launch strategist
  • Experience with creating and managing campaigns and budgets
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, display and mobile advertising campaigns that have been proven to raise awareness and drive lead generation
  • Strong working knowledge of HTML & CSS preferred
  • Experience developing processes to scale emerging brands and/or emerging product offerings
