Senior Data Analyst 
Purpose
As the senior digital analyst you will be defining the Analytics product for the Online Showroom; understanding objectives, outcome and associated insights, developing, supporting and QAing the implementation of tracking specs, deriving and presenting the resulting insights and working with the agency team and clients to recommend enhancements to the the customer experience and associated onward business processes:

? Understanding the client’s business needs, and advising the client on key performance metrics above and beyond what is briefed.
? Measuring, analysing and interpreting trends, ultimately making effective recommendations for innovation and development based on multi-source data.
? Ensuring all analytics solutions adhere to best practices and GDPR.
? Working alongside the AGILE development team to proactively define analytics needs, identify analytics opportunities and drive implementations to maximise analytics capability, technical performance and scalability.
? Working with project team to understand requirements and associated UX design and technical solutions to proactively provide implementations recommendations that enable measurement, insight and enhancements to me maximised
? Define and manage sitewide data Layers for tech developers and support developers with implementation and QA.
? Design, maintain and own key KPI reports for daily, weekly and monthly reporting. Ensuring data is validated. 
? Runs the continuous improvement process to establish a data- & test-driven way-of-working within the project team and with the client. 
? Help drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute m/v tests that drive improvements to UX. 
? Improve efficiencies and automate analysis to ensure focus is on new value-add analysis.
? Mentor and develop the extended client analytics team
? Work closely with the client data teams to support on activating insights:
o across the whole online customer journey:
? Core Online Showroom experience
? Upstream traffic generating activity from paid media and first party data led CRM activation 
? Downstream impact through through lead conversion process including direct to-consumer model
o As a source of business intelligence for the wider business
? Product – portfolio planning
? Sales – pricing and offers planning 
? Works with BI tools like Tableau and Power BI to explore insights provided through the global data team, to answer local market questions independently. 

Profile about you
Must have
? 3+ years’ proven experience in web analytics or analytics at an agency with a track record in doing data-driven marketing projects.
? Experienced user of Google Analytics GA360/GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
? Experience writing data Layers specifications with emphasis on specifications and developer support
? In-depth understanding of  Customer Journey Analysis, Funnel Analysis, Conversion Rate Optimisation, 
? Independent and truly channel agnostic thinker, who is able to connect the dots and truly think customer journey centric.
? A rapid learner with the ability to simplify complexity and to explain insights in a broader strategic context.
? A strong communicator, whose opinion will be heard and who is forceful enough to drive the change to put data at the core of what we do.
? Creative presenter – being able to visualize data and craft appropriate insights.
? Solid writing and speaking skills in English.
? Experience with Python and/or Javascript desirable.

Preferable
? Hands-on experience in working with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau and PowerBI
? Experience working on a commerce based experiences in Automotive or Retail Apply for this job
