Our client, a world recognized Beauty and Retail brand is looking for a Senior Product Manager, with expertise in Personalization, to join their team on a fulltime basis, starting immediately. 

Overview:

In partnership with the Digital Product team, the Sr. Manager, Digital Product serves as the voice of the customer to lead the evolution of the org's digital experiences across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate for this role is a customer advocate that is passionate about creating a pleasing and seamless digital experience for consumers.This role will be responsible for three areas: Personalization, Prioritization and Process excellence


Senior Digital Product Manager Responsibilities:

  • Keeps the customer at the forefront of all decision making. Creates and executes innovative products that will please the customer and increase business.
  • Collaborate with agency partners in writing requirements, epics, and user stories to execute the product roadmap, including fixes and enhancements.
  • Actively partner with Ecommerce, IT, Marketing, Customer Engagement, Analytics, and agency teams to develop features that drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and satisfaction.
  • Serves as product subject matter expert in collaboration with cross functional stake holders.
  • Participates and conducts UAT on all digital features.
  • Tracks performance, identifies improvement areas, and communicates with service providers to troubleshoot issues and/or improve experience.
  • May lead a team of 1-2 product managers.


Senior Digital Product Manager Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience with mobile product management or product management of software-based experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and execute end-to-end digital experiences that are innovative and exceed customer expectations.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred: Experience leading a team of 1-2 product managers.
  • Innovative thinker.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in ever-changing business environments.
