Our client is an award-winning, certified-diverse, creative marketing and branding agency based in NYC who is looking for a Senior Director of Marketing to join their growing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive new business acquisition alongside Business Development
- Deliver big picture strategic thinking and insightful direction to deliver branding, campaign, marketing, communications, and culture programs
- Ensure creative output remains ‘on brief’ and delivers on the strategy
- Source and manage talent recruitment, agency partners, vendors, freelancers and other resources to support the agency’s strategic discipline
- Develop our strategic capabilities
- Monitor effectiveness of programs by defining KPI measurements
- Report into Executive Leadership on department performance
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.A. or M.A. required
- 15+ years’ experience in strategic branding or marketing
- Proven track record of successfully transforming client brand strategy into creative strategy
