Senior Manager, Customer Experience Overview:
As the Senior Manager, Customer Experience you will be overseeing daily call center activities, developing an in-house team of Customer Experience experts and driving sales through our 3rd party call center.
Senior Manager, Customer Experience Responsibilities:
• Partner with our technology teams to identify order management opportunities to improve customer experience and ensure timely order processing.
• Manage third party call center partners.
• Inspire and develop Customer Experience Coordinators
• Encourage and influence call center sales to achieve up-sell targets
Senior Manager, Customer Experience Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years supervisory / management experience in a call center environment
• Prior experience in beauty, fashion or wellness or similar eCommerce space a plus!
