Senior Manager Ecommerce/Retail Marketing for Consumer Goods Company in LA!
Responsibilities:
- Manage Strategy + Activation of retail promotions + programs in partnership with sales
- Analyze results of promotional programs to optimize results of future programs
- Manager Full year promotions calendar
- Work closely with content team to ensure content strategy and priorities support retailer growth opportunities and priorities
- Manage support of retail partners + promotions across all brand channels, including email, social media, PR, and influencers
- Manage communication of marketing support to retail buyers via the sales team
- Mange the consolidation of inputs for retail.com presentations to present strong sell stories
- Manage retail marketing budget
- Manage the vision and development of online storytelling experiences on website that ties to campaigns
Skills and Experience needed
• An understanding of how ecommerce fits into larger omnichannel goals
*Must have strong ecommerce expertise
• Understanding consumers and how they shop across different retailers and platforms
• The ability to connect internal goals and priorities to external customer calendars
• Strong analytical skills to dive into the numbers by retailer to uncover trends and the ability to synthesize them for the team and management
• Knowing all the levers available and how/when to pull them to keep the business on track to goal, as well as how they fit into the retailer’s ecosystem + P&L
MUST have experience with Big Box Retailer ecomm buyers and marketing teams
