Our client is a leading luxury cosmetics brand looking to add a Global Social Media Manager to their growing team!

The Global Social Media Manager is responsible for developing and executing the Global Social strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the social content calendar across all social platforms to build community, boost brand awareness, and support core products, new product launches, global markets, and retail partner needs

• Integrate with Creative team to manage the flow of content creation to ensure timeliness

• Manage the execution of content and social strategy across all platforms

• Lead project management of image, video, and Instagram Story asset creation

• Manage social requests from Digital, PR, Marketing, and Trade requests to align with content calendar

• Integrate with influencer, digital, and 360 marketing to develop and effectively integrate content

• Lead social community management process

• Build quarterly and yearly launch calendar and content rollout plan

• Analyze performance of social content and influencer activations

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree required

• 3+ Years of social media experience, preferably in a beauty

• Active and highly engaged within social media, with a finger on the pulse of emerging platforms, surfaces and trends

• Experience in WeChat, Weibo and Little Red Book preferred**

• A creative problem solver, with a strong attention to detail - strong project manager

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
