As the MTM Engagement Manager, you will support and help drive member onboarding and engagement for MTM corporate members. This role is critical to ensure MTM Members are leveraging their membership benefits and to develop a relationship with the mid-to-senior level marketing contact at each member company so they see you as their “go-to” person for all things MTM. This is a role for someone who values having an impact and developing relationships with marketing leaders where the devil is in the details. It’s for someone who loves to be hands-on and has great communication skills.
Support and help drive member onboarding & engagement for all MTM members. Oversee membership for a subset of members.
(75%) o Develop relationships with mid-to-senior level marketing contact at member companies to understand and support their preferences and priorities o Coordinate, prep & send all member communications including event/content info o Create member report cards and personalize PowerPoint presentations by member o Answer member questions & one-off requests o Track engagement to identify companies not utilizing their membership o Meet with members you oversee to onboard, check-in periodically and help drive annual membership renewals. Support the various MTM Events and offerings
(15%) o Support execution of in-person and virtual MTM events (10-15 in-person and 20-25 virtual annually) o Support other MTM program offerings and initiatives as needed Manage and track membership onboarding
(5%) o Prep contracts & invoices o Track outstanding contracts & invoices o Follow through to signed contract and membership payment Look for staffing opportunities for The Sage Group & 24 Seven
(5%) o As you work with members, explore openings for staffing opportunities across all members on calls, in discussions etc.
Qualifications: • 7-10 years business experience with 3-5 years experience in a customer success role, working with mid-level managers to engage and build relationships
University degree in a business-related field
Understanding of marketing as a discipline, either thru having supported marketing and/or a tangential group
Skills Required: Natural ability to engage & evangelize busy managers and get their attention, Very detail and process oriented professional, Excellent communication and persuasion skills, both written and verbal, Self-starter with exceptional follow-through, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects at once.
