-Partner with SVP of Human Resources in handling the Company's employee relations function including resolution of disagreements and investigations of alleged discrimination or harassment claims
-Work with SVP HR on Company terminations and layoffs; manage severance spreadsheets, partner with legal for severance agreements.
-Facilitate Corporate New Hire Orientation. Review Company culture as well as the Company's policies and procedures
-Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations; analyze trends and recommend solutions
-Act as a main point of contact for general HR/Employee Relations questions and issues
-Manage the International paperwork process - draft offer letters and employment contracts for all employees.
-Maintain iCIMS applicant tracking system through regular audits and system upgrades/edits. Educate population on any system changes / iCIMS feature upgrades through training and documentation. --Serve as point of contact for any iCIMS reporting.
-Oversee any HR Strategic Reporting (Headcount, Turnover, etc) on a monthly/quarterly and on an ad hoc basis
-Manage the visa application and renewal process for all international employees; research visa options for prospective employees and partner with outside council as necessary
-Oversee File System, manage yearly archiving and oversee File Clerk
-Four year Bachelor's Degree
-6+ years of progressive HR experience
-Experience in handling employee relations issues and dealing with labor laws
-in depth knowledge and practical application of all HR discipline and practices
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute within a team setting
-Well-developed written & verbal presentation, organization, and editing skills
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong problem solving skills
-Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment
-Highly proficient in Excel
