Job Overview:
As the Senior Marketing Analyst/Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and executing marketing plans to elevate the overall brand. You will own the marketing calendar across channels and build go-to-market strategies for products, launches, and key moments for the brand. The ideal candidate will be a strong cross-functional partner to the team and shepherd initiatives from idea to execution with enthusiasm.
Role details include:
-Optimize email campaign strategy for launch of new credit card program
-Coordinate email activities across email execution and creative teams + third-party partners
-Set up email tags and reporting to monitor performance
-Contribute to other marketing activities across digital, catalog, site, and direct email
-Experience developing highly personalized and dynamic email templates
-Experience with credit card and/or loyalty program marketing is a must (ideally around 5 years of experience)
-Strong in project management and attention to detail
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience preferred
· 3-5 years marketing experience
· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize deadlines
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
· Must be detail-oriented and deadline focused
· Knowledge of marketing best practices in the B2C and B2B fields
· Broad understanding of traditional and emerging channels
